Attitude

If we could change our outlook for the better on any situation, dilemma, or even life in general, it would be an improvement for us and those who happen to be close to us. A person’s attitude can make all the difference in the world.

So what kind of attitude should a child of God have? One which is permeated with gratitude is most helpful. The more grateful we are to God for all things, the better our lives will be.

“And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him” (Colossians 3:17).

“Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever” (Psalm 136:1) (Psalm 107:1).

“Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ” (Ephesians 5:20 KJV).

“This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24).

“Praise the Lord! Praise God in His sanctuary; praise Him in His mighty firmament! Praise Him for His mighty acts; praise Him according to His excellent greatness!” (Psalm 150:1-2).

“Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name” (Hebrews 13:15).
